There She Is!

Posted by ooooowop Aug. 25, 2008 @ 10:29 AM EDT

Oh God, if you don't know what There She Is! is, you should stick your head in a garbage pail and never come out. Seriously, if you haven't seen it you should search for it immediately.

There She Is! is one of, nay, THE single greatest work of art on Newgrounds in my opinion. Doki and Nabi's story is one, I believe, that has been told all over the world, citing the Civil Rights movement in the USA for example (especially in Step Four). It's well polished and amazing and it's creator could create a thousand more installments before it got old. On another topic, I believe the artwork could almost rival that of Brackenwood! Yes I said it, and I mean it! I like Brackenwood, don't get me wrong. And while Adam Phillips' creation is a couple steps higher, There She Is! could definitely walk hand in hand with it. And on the emotion-stirring scale, not one single other thing on NG can come close. The last installment at this time (Step Four) actually succeeded in bringing tears to my eyes. And you know what? When Step Five rolls our way, I gonna have a box of tissues by my side.

SIDE NOTE
When watching Step Four, the M2M song Everything comes to mind. It would be a great background song if the other one hadn't been used. It even captures the phone part.
